Package 1 : Weightloss & Toning Bootcamps

This style of training is designed for those who are busy but can spare just enough time for a quick workout. If your goals are to lose a little weight, get into that perfect dress, look great for that perfect day or just stay in shape then this program is for you. This is a group setting workout designed to surround yourself with other like minded people that will help motivate and push you through each workout. It is a mixture of cardio, body weight,  and light weight training to get you to the best possible shape. All fitness levels are welcome. Come and meet a new workout partner, book you & a friend or book a group. Programs fill up fast and space is limited. (Please allow a minimum of 12 weeks for best results) Program Includes:

Package 2 : Online Training

30-Day TRANSFORMATION

THE FUEL: Customized 4 week meal plans consisting of 4-6 meals a day. Client’s meal plans focus on their goals and dietary preferences.
THE ROUTINE: Comprehensive 30 day workout plan tailored to each client’s personal goals.
Exercise routines will include weight training and cardio.
Weekly progress reports that include weigh-ins, photos.

16 WEEK INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM (DIET/TRAINING)

THE ROUTINE: Comprehensive 30 day workout plan tailored to each client’s personal goals.

ONE MONTH WORKOUT PLAN

One month of custom weekly workouts and cardio routines, 5-6 days per week.
Cost: $250

WASHBOARD ABS

See 6-PACK results with inspired workouts firmly rooted in science. It’s an intense routine of focused abdominal work targeting obliques, transverse and rectus abdominals in a precise way through all 3 planes of motion.

Package 3 : Nutritional Guidance

We have all heard “You are what you eat!” 80% of wanting to drop a few pounds or tone up has to do with the food you eat.  Looking for healthier eating habits and food tips, nutritional information, or recipes this program is for you.

Program includes:

  • 30 minute consultation of goals and plan
  • Nutritional information
  • Healthy recipes
  • First 12 weeks of nutrition plan

Cost: $160
Follow up consultation & plan after first 8 weeks is only $60.00

Package 4 : One-on-One Personal Training

Live in or around Houston and looking for a personal trainer, this package is for you.  John relies on his 25 plus years experience of personal training, contest prep, nutrition experience, and judging for the NPC organization to help you reach your fitness goals.  John “The Tank” Sherman trains competitors, athletes in many sports, and clients wanting to lose a few pounds and tone up.
Cost: $85.00/per session
