Hereinafter John the Tank Sherman LLC will be referred to as “Promoter,” andVendor Name* will be referred to as “Vendor.” This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.Vendor will provide an athletic showcase for the Muscle Beach Classic on October 17, 2020 at the Galveston Convention Center. Promoter agrees to host Vendor at the Muscle Beach Classic on October 17, 2020. Promoter will provide a space with a minimum of 5500 square feet for the Vendor’s athletic showcase. Promoter will also provide 2-3 tables for specific Strongman needs and power outlets to provide electricity to be used for the Vendor’s athletic showcase. Vendor shall provide an athletic showcase lasting a minimum of 3 hours, and a maximum of 8 hours at the Muscle Beach Classic on October 17, 2020 at the Galveston Convention Center. Vendor is responsible for their athlete’s registration, weigh in, and activities. Vendor will keep all of their registration money for their athletic showcase. Promoter will keep all money from spectators at the Muscle Beach Classic. Cancellation or withdrawal following 60 days prior to the event vendor will owe cost occurred to promoter estimated at $1,000. The parties agree that this is a fair and equitable amount due to the inability of Promoter to find other vendors to fill the Vendors space. Notice will be provided to Sherman The Tank Sherman LLC via email @ John@JohnTheTankSherman.com This Agreement and the exhibits attached hereto contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto.
